Magical Product Swap 2....Check Out This Great Product!

Hi Everyone,

Once again, I had the opportunity to participate in Jessica Stanford's amazing product swap.   This time, I got to preview a great product by Andrea Crawford over at Reading to the Stars.

Currently, I am working with students in grades K-2.  My kinders are having a hard time with letter recognition, so when I saw this product in Andrea's store, I was very excited.  I printed the pages on brightly-colored green paper (mostly because bright colors make me smile).

(Notice the different fonts.  I love the fact that Andrea not only included common fonts
seen in texts, but "fancy" fonts as well.  It really made my little ones think.)

(Andrea also included sorting mats...for 2, 3, and 4 letter sorts.)

Then, I sorted the letters into groups.  For the activity I just finished, I chose 3 similar-looking letters and put them together in an envelope.  I made one envelope for each child I would be working with that day.

I am so happy to have this resource.  It is now a weekly activity in my plans and some of my students can already "help" others.  I have included a link to Andrea's TPT store.  Click on the picture below and go check out her products.

When you are done visiting her store, be sure to check out her blog as well.

Happy Blogging!
